Administration Officer - Maternal & Child Health
• Temporary Part Time 16 hpw (6 months) Spread over 4 days
• Salary:  $61,611 pa (pro-rata) + superannuation
• Location:  Croydon

The Maroondah Maternal and Child Health team is a highly motivated, inspirational and active team who deliver a comprehensive MCH program including parent workshops, Early Parenting Program and Enhanced Home Visiting Program in addition to the Maternal and Child Health Key Ages and Stages Framework.

An excellent opportunity exists for an organised and motivated individual to join the Maternal and Child Health team.

About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader Maternal and Child Health, key responsibilities will include:
• Undertake telephone appointment bookings and /or refer any other enquiries to the appropriate person.
• Provide administration support the Maternal and Child Health team.
• Maintain accurate data within Council’s computer systems related to Maternal and Child Health.
• Ensure that client records and birth notices are kept confidential and secure, at all times.

About You
To be successful, you must possess the following:
• Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated administrative experience
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with customers, internal and external
• Demonstrated communication, organisational and time management skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft office Applications.
